An upper eyelid skin reduction blepharoplasty relieved scratching of the eyes and was covered by the patient’s medical insurance. The patient elected to reduce the puffiness in the lower eyelids for a wonderful result.

A subtle reduction of the fullness in the upper eyelids reduces a "tired" look. The reduction is done conservatively in a man to prevent a feminizing appearance change, if too much upper eyelid is visible. The lower eyelid puffiness was reduced for a natural-appearing change.
